We are excited to bring the Brick + Wood experience to you!  Our Mobile Kitchen, wood-fired oven and all, is perfect for all of your off-site catering needs.

We are a competition barbeque team. We do vending & catering. We currently use a Myron Mixon V33 & Rec Tec Pellet smokers to produce amazing barbeque.
