Murray’s Food Truck has been a local favorite in the Vandalia area for 2 years and counting. We serve traditional American sandwiches and sides that everyone is sure to enjoy. Check us out on weekends through the summer in downtown Vandalia, IL or book a private event with us any time of the year.

Pop Pop's Italian ice was founded in 1997 in Albuquerque, NM.In 2018 the company was sold to new owners, who transitioned to a new business model focused on "Mobile Retail Units." With several thousand events in the last few years, Pop Pop's has grown to over seven mobile units and opened a retail store in 2022
