The Edgy Vegy truck is a unique take on a sandwich shop, specializing in “veg-ified” versions of deli classics, drawing inspiration from national sandwiches, as well as Buffalo favorites. We offer creative seasonal takes on traditional sandwiches, plant-based baked goods, and market driven sides, featuring locally sourced vegetables and ingredients. Operated by two chef sisters - Sara and Jaime Secor - with over twelve combined years of cooking experience.

Since 2016, Daily Bread Food Truck has given tens of thousands of meals to food-insecure families in Western New York. We are completely non-profit: 100% of the truck’s overhead costs have been provided by generous donations that allow us to take every single dollar beyond supplies and staff costs and put it toward food throughout Buffalo and Western New York.

Royal Creamery & Icery is a locally owned and based company, offering multiple fully self-contained units that operate in a 20' x 20' or 10’x30’ space, depending on the selected unit. We are a complete, full high production vendor offering Amish cream based soft serve ice cream in 11 flavors, custom trademarked soft serve Italian ice in 8 flavors, GIANT snow cones, frozen lemonade, sundaes and more. We are federally permitted and fully insured. Royal Creamery & Icery has 12 years of experience traveling the country and serving at some of the largest festivals and events.
