Grégoire started in 2002 with a bold idea: to bring French-inspired gourmet food to the fast-casual world, using fresh, high-quality ingredients and offering it for takeout. Though initially met with skepticism, our commitment to quality quickly made us a local favorite, known for our famous potato puffs, seasonal menu, and now our culinary truck, which takes our gourmet creations on the road.
