Our mission is to employ and empower individuals with special needs by offering rewarding and high-quality special needs employment. Currently, we employ 23 amazing people who help with every aspect of the business, from shopping and stocking the food truck to managing our inventory and designing our merchandise. We’re passionate about providing these individuals with a job because they love serving incredible food to the people of Tucson and the surrounding areas.

The Blacktop Grill specializes in gourmet comfort food.  Our menu consists of decadent hot dogs, quesadillas, and an overall menu we describe as Sonoran with a twist.  We combine authentic meals and flavors to make a unique experience.  As food lovers, we look for the spots.  Those locally owned restaurants in every city we visit.  We see those standouts, the fun, the different, the delicious; those options that only locals can recommend.

We sell a variety of pupusas (hand-rolled maize tortillas) with the authentic flavor of El Salvador.

DonutNV is a food truck based in Edmond, OK offering hot fresh donuts and fresh squeezed lemonade. Available for private events including weddings, birthdays, family and company parties, corporate and church events and any large gathering of people that require a SWEET treat with delicious hot and cold drink options.

River City Snowie shaved ice serves premium shaved ice using Snowie Flavors. Our food truck features 3 self-service Flavor Stations. We also serve Snowie Naturals made with real fruits and vegetables. Suger Free Flavors are always available upon request. Our newest option is a Fizzy Slushy or Snowie Soda made with any of our current flavors.
