My name is Collin. I have been a trained chef for about 30 years. Beach City Dawgs food trailer is gourmet hot dogs in a special seasoned broth with unique gourmet hamburgers and sides. I do have a catering and private party division called The Groovy Ladle where I can flex my culinary muscles and use the knowledge and experience of thirty years to create the ultimate dining experience.
