At Buzz's Hawaiian Grill we care enough about the food we serve to hand craft our dishes, for instance we grind the chicken, hand slice the vegetables and roll each and every spring roll ourselves. Our Musubi and Poke are made fresh each morning from our family's recipes. The same recipes we raised our Keiki on. Our marinades and sauces are made from scratch because we want our customers to really taste the goodness of Hawaii.

Crafted fresh every morning using our own secret dough recipe and as many local ingredients as possible, our kolaches are the perfect way to start your day, enjoy for lunch or surprise the office. Doggie Mac’s, LLC (“Doggie Mac’s or the Company) is a new food truck featuring gourmet hot dogs and mac and cheese. These will not be your Mom’s hot dogs! Our hot dogs will feature flavors like Philly Cheese, The Greek, and our signature the Doggie Mac topped with our famous baked macaroni and cheese. We call the cuisine All Soul Cooking. The flavors are soulful and layered but also contemporary. The kind of food that just grabs you when you taste it!

I've dreamt of owning my own business for as long as I can remember.  I knew my business would need to reflect my belief in taking the time everyday to enjoy life's simple pleasures. Simple pleasures are those things that are affordable, not fussy, and bring an immense amount of joy to your life.  It doesn't take much to brighten my day. A good cup of coffee, a walk around the neighborhood, or putting a fresh bouquet of flowers on my kitchen table does the trick. From this life philosophy, Rudy's Flower Truck, was born.
