Our kolaches are never made in a factory. Crafted fresh every morning using our own secret dough recipe and as many local ingredients as possible, our kolaches are the perfect way to start your day, enjoy for lunch or surprise the office. Offering both sweet and savory fillings, there is something for everyone. We have a deep commitment to using local ingredients and we currently partner with several local companies. Doggie Mac’s, LLC (“Doggie Mac’s or the Company) is a new food truck featuring gourmet hot dogs and mac and cheese. These will not be your Mom’s hot dogs! Our hot dogs will feature flavors like Philly Cheese, The Greek, and our signature the Doggie Mac topped with our famous baked macaroni and cheese. We call the cuisine All Soul Cooking. The flavors are soulful and layered but also contemporary. The kind of food that just grabs you when you taste it!

I've dreamt of owning my own business for as long as I can remember.  I knew my business would need to reflect my belief in taking the time everyday to enjoy life's simple pleasures. Simple pleasures are those things that are affordable, not fussy, and bring an immense amount of joy to your life.  It doesn't take much to brighten my day. A good cup of coffee, a walk around the neighborhood, or putting a fresh bouquet of flowers on my kitchen table does the trick. From this life philosophy, Rudy's Flower Truck, was born.

International origin, yet locally owned, I Love Tacos Taqueria is a brand-new Mexican food trailer across the street from the new Flying J in Springfield.
 

We bring a traditional Native American fry bread menu to our guests with some twists on everyday tacos, sandwiches and desserts.

Holy Rolly Charleston is the first and ONLY food truck in the Holy City serving up gourmet hand-rolled #SinfulOrSaintly frozen rolled cream desserts.
