Madeline's offers authentic Mediterranean delicacies:  kebabs, falafel, dolmas, kibbeh, hummus, and more!  Mike (one of the owners) learned all of the recipes from his Lebanese mom and sitty (grandma).  Both Mike and Loren (the other owner)  have over thirty years of restaurant/catering experience, and they decided to open a food truck in 2018.  They serve happy customers in and around Missoula.
