Nina Reed, the owner of Sarcastic Sweets is from Anchorage Alaska and was tempted into treats by the call of culinary school at Johnson & Wales in Providence Rhode Island. She took the skills she learned there and from much previous experience in bakeries, restaurants, hotels, and catering to develop a dessert food truck like no other. 

We are a Family Owned Food Truck and Restaurant that have been in the Food Business with over 30 years, We have owned Restaurants for many many years and in 2014 we added the adventure of Food Truck life, we love what we do, we love People and we love food!
