We provide our clientale with authentic Texas smoked meats and Southern sides.  We cater to specific requests of customers and supply healthy portions at a resonable price.  We are available to vend for various festivals, events, and special occasions.  During warm weather, we can use our 23' smoker to draw in the crowd or impress your friends.  When the weather turns cold, we use our mobile trailer "The Shack".  Cooking is our passion and meeting new people and watching them enjoy our food is our greatest pleasure.

We are a father and son mobile food kitchen with a unique sauce that we use to create many kids of sandwiches. Anything from pulled pork to Hot Wings. The sauce is sweet to the taste with a bite of heat at finish.

The Marigold seed was planted many years ago as I grew up in a house with ten brothers and sisters. My Mother is no ordinary woman! She didn't feed us hotdogs or boxed macaroni with powdered cheese. We usually dined late in the evening, after the sun set. Mom would spend hours pouring her love into every meal she served. She hand fried sixty taco shells for just one meal! School lunches were lined up on the kitchen counter in the morning filled with home cooked roast beef sandwiches. Crepes, lasagna, cream puffs... She even made taffy on the marble floor!

Joey’s Wood-Fired Pizza is authentically crafted in a traditional old world style. Baked in a blistering 800˚ hot wood fired oven for nearly four minutes resulting in an aromatic and full flavored finish. Our entire menu is prepared fresh daily with endless topping and creation options for your guests to enjoy! We are located right in Willoughby Hills and have all your catering needs!
