About 30 years ago, Jose and Bernadette started their food truck adventure in a smalltown in northern New Mexico, here's the story of how the two started in the food service industry.
We fell in love and we had a plan. We bought a cow and half a pig and had them butchered into ground beef and chicharones. We sold burritos and burgers at the local fiestas and made just enough money to run away to the big city. (Albuquerque) We bought a food truck and with the help of our amazing family we have been in the catering business ever since.

We make craft homemade ice cream, Italian ices & wine sorbets. We develop unique and seasonal flavors and produce them in small batches right here in central Florida. Currently we are mobile and do events throughout central Florida and are available for birthday parties, weddings, fundraisers and corporate events!

We believe we can make a difference in the lives of the people around us, so we make it our mission to give back to our communities! We’re more than just shaved ice.
