Curd Girl is the creation of two best friends from the cheese making community of Monroe, Wisconsin. Raised on the freshest, best-quality cheese, we were inspired to share the joy that is hands-down the best deep fried cheese in the country. To accompany this cheesy fried goodness, we’ve created home-made gourmet sauces as well as refreshing drinks to wash them down. All of our creations are made with lots of love, and we always choose local, organic ingredients whenever possible. Plain and simple, Curd Girl is a celebration of Wisconsin, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

THE BEST PANINIS IN MADISON!
Toast was founded in the Fall of 2013 by an entrepreneurial couple, Gili and Molly. The name Toast was originally inspired by Gili’s native language of Hebrew. Toast translates to panini, which is a very popular restaurant concept in Israel, focusing on special homemade sauces to enhance the flavor of the paninis. We took the opportunity to open a cart with a cultural meaning, delicious food and unique flavors–bringing more diversity to Madison’s food carts.
