We make amazing liege waffles, trust us its more than a waffle its love at first bite! What is a liege waffle? Liege waffles originated in Belgium, in the 18th century, when a Prince of Liege asked his chef to make him a waffle pastry with sugar nibs. They have been making in Belgium ever since. We think ours is the best (thats because it is). Its made with a dough and imported Belgian Pearl Sugar and waffled on cast iron waffle irons for a caramelized and crispy exterior and a moist and dense interior.
