What do Chimney Cakes and the vampire Dracula have in common? Both are from Transylvania! The region in the heart of Romania, Transylvania, is where the Chimney Cake (Kürtőskalács) originated. This is also the place where my husband and I grew up. Now, we would like to share with you our childhood memories by introducing this very unique oven baked pastry. Our Chimney Cake truck is ready to roll and serve you this delightful, natural, sweet or savory treat.

Betty's Ice Box

All natural shave ice and gourmet ice pop truck
We built out a 1987 Chevy P30 ice-cream truck. Utilizing reclaimed and recycled building products, we outfitted "Betty" with freezers, sinks, bells, whistles and two state of the art ice block shavers.
Utilizing said shavers, we cut the ice blocks into fine snowy lumps and then cover the lumps with all natural syrups. Made to order, our shave ice is all natural, vegan, gluten and lactose free.
