We are a husband and wife team on our first adventure of owning a food truck. We serve fresh Maryland-style crab and shrimp sandwiches on the truck, while also catering delicious Greek cuisine for office lunches, weddings and more. Our goal is to put smiles on people's faces by providing delcious food and excellent customer service.

Our cookies are the product of a labor of love and family recipes. Our ice cream is locally sourced from Chilly Cow in Arlington. It is hand made in small batches using only the finest ingredients.

Liege Waffle Truck specializing in sweet and savory waffles called Waffle Cakes! We have a full Espresso & Hot Chocolate Bar offering a range of coffees and hot chocolates. Find us in Denver, Boulder, Longmont, Stapleton and Fort Collins, Colorado. We cater weddings, corporate events, parties, etc. We have the ability to cater events ranging from 100 to 1000.

We specialize in The old fashioned wiener, Vienna Beef Franks and have the best Polish Sausage on the Nicollet Mall.
