Señor Blues keeps the authentic TexMex family recipes and adds organic, farm to table goodness in every bite.
Our menu includes Street Tacos, Mucho Macho Nachos, Drunken Vaquero Pulled Beef, TexMex Chicken, Flautas (taquitos), Smothered Burritos, Chimichangas, and Quesadillas. We feature house made chips fried in nonGMO sunflower oil, organic, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan choices. Our red chiles and spices come directly from our favorite farm in New Mexico. We roast our own green chiles and serve Hatch green in season.

What started as a conversation around the kitchen table, the idea of a food truck became a reality! Both culinary students, we get to live the dream taking our passion for food and distributing it throughout the streets of the Metro-Detroit area!
