We create New Skool non-traditional cheesesteaks that are better than all those claimed "authentic" Philly Cheesesteak places. We are from NY, not Philly, and we create fun combination of flavors that are inspired by food cultures from all over the United States, whether state, city or region. We do it our way and it's better than the rest! From our FRESHLY sliced steak to our method of preparation, we are unique and cringe at the question "are you authentic?" No, we are better. Cheesy, messy and delicious!

At Community Kitchen Pgh, "we use food as the foundation to change lives and strengthen communities." Our nonprofit's culinary training program is provided at no cost to participants, many of whom may be experiencing barriers to employment. They gain valuable work experience in our commercial training kitchen, as well as our food truck. Paired with our job placement services, they're able to acquire employment with higher than entry-level pay. Proceeds from our food truck go right back into our culinary training, job placement, and hunger relief programs.
