‪Bierbeek is the firstborn son of Momma Truck. Some would say he is the most traditional wafel cart of the family. He was named after the village of Bierbeek or Beer Creek in Belgium where the waffle guy grew up. It’s a cute Belgian hamlet laced with beautiful meadows filled with grazing cows amidst an abundance of trees. Some say it looks like the Shire in the Lord of the Rings books. The Bierbeek cart grew up roaming the streets like his mother. After hanging out in a bunch of neighborhoods throughout New York in his teenage “coming of age” months, he fell in love with Central Park. Right in front of the Delacorte Theatre, he now eagerly serves you your favorite Liege wafel all day, every day.
