We create New Skool non-traditional cheesesteaks that are better than all those claimed "authentic" Philly Cheesesteak places. We are from NY, not Philly, and we create fun combination of flavors that are inspired by food cultures from all over the United States, whether state, city or region. We do it our way and it's better than the rest! From our FRESHLY sliced steak to our method of preparation, we are unique and cringe at the question "are you authentic?" No, we are better.
