Señor Blues keeps the authentic TexMex family recipes and adds organic, farm to table goodness in every bite.
Our menu includes Street Tacos, Mucho Macho Nachos, Drunken Vaquero Pulled Beef, TexMex Chicken, Flautas (taquitos), Smothered Burritos, Chimichangas, and Quesadillas. We feature house made chips fried in nonGMO sunflower oil, organic, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan choices. Our red chiles and spices come directly from our favorite farm in New Mexico. We roast our own green chiles and serve Hatch green in season.
Señor Blues has been in operation since August of 2012 and has a strong presence in the Las Vegas food truck industry. We serve high volume events with efficiency and cater festivals, concerts, corporate, private, and company events.
