When we aren't out harvesting our wild ingredients or cooking up a delicious birch treat, you can find us at local bazaars, craft shows, and fairs. We are regulars at the Tanana Valley State Fair, Tanana Valley Farmer's Market and local craft shows and bazaars through out the year.  We serve  Birch Syrup & Gourmet Food - Cream Puffs and Cheesecake Parfait a using our Sample Alaska toppings.
