Loblolly Creamery builds every recipe from the ground up, using fresh, seasonal ingredients, without the use of any premixes, preservatives, colorings, and artificial stabilizers. Their ice cream reflect their community-oriented perspective and local flavors , such as, Arkansas Heirloom Pumpkin Fromage Blanc, Muscadine Ginger Sorbet, Rock Town Bourbon Pecan, and Dunbar Gardens Fresh Lavender. Their ice creams can be found around Little Rock, at their pop-up events at partnering businesses, and at their two Scoop Shops. At their scoop shops, you will find everything made from scratch from their house-made, gluten-free cones to their seasonal, rotating flavors, and milkshakes to their decadent ice cream sandwiches.
