Get Shaved

Get Shaved was one of the pioneers of the Los Angeles food truck scene in 2008, growing a devoted following until we expanded to four locations and two trucks. Despite challenges during Covid-19, our love for shave ice persisted with inspiration from our sons and we decided to re-open for business in late 2024.

Based on Hawaiian style shave ice, Get Shaved offers a fusion of sweet homemade syrups made with pure cane sugar (gluten free) with finely textured shave ice. The authenticity of our product is demonstrated by the many people who have experienced shave ice in Hawaii and are now loyal customers who recommend us to friends and family.

Get Shaved is committed to the communities and customers that we serve which is evident by our glowing reviews on sites such as Yelp where we maintained a five-star average and ranked as the #1 restaurant in Los Angeles for over a year straight. We were also recognized by CBS as one of the top 5 best dessert trucks in Los Angeles.
