We are a farm-to-plate food truck enterprise that serves healthy cooked foods in low income communities. Our mission is to bring healthy food into the neighborhoods we serve and create leadership roles for our employees to become food ambassadors. Fresh Food Generation is a farm-to-plate food truck organization that will serve healthy prepared foods in low-income neighborhoods in the Greater Boston area. Our foods will be seasonal, made with ingredients sourced from local farms. Our target markets include the Boston neighborhoods of Mattapan, Dorchester, and Roxbury.
