Nina Reed, the owner of Sarcastic Sweets is from Anchorage Alaska and was tempted into treats by the call of culinary school at Johnson & Wales in Providence Rhode Island. She took the skills she learned there and from much previous experience in bakeries, restaurants, hotels, and catering to develop a dessert food truck like no other. 
Where a cocktail cupcake is one of over 40 flavors offered on the menu. It doesn't stop there, we offerappetizer bites, healthy choices (gluten-free, sugar-free, vegan, keto)meal prep, and so much more!!!
From here she went on to feature on the  The Food Network Show "Sweet Genius" and her hunger to innovate flavors and feed more sassy servings simply grew.
