We start with the quality of the water for the ice by using only filtered water. Our Fujimarca ice shaver is among the finest ice shavers in the world and the same machine used by Hawaii’s most notable Shave Ice providers including Masimotos on Oahu and Ululanis on Maui. It produces the finest smoothest ice possible. Next we use only cane sugar for our syrups, no High Fructose corn syrup. We also have available an array of purely natural fruit flavors.
A favorite in Hawaii is the Snow Cap. This mixture of condensed and evaporated milk poured over the top provide a slightly creamy texture to the Shave Ice. Traditionally this is served unflavored but we have created new flavors such as banana, guava, coconut and mango that take our Shave Ice to a whole other level.
