AntoYitos Borincanos llegaron a San Diego a serviles comida autentica puertorriquena. Fundado por dos hermanas Jennifer y Nadeshka Roman. Nacidas en Puerto Rico. Criadas en Camuy y siempre viendo a nuestro padre hacer lo que a el tanto le apasionaba, cocinar. Se hizo Chef y tenia muchos suenos y metas por cumplir. Lamentablemente fallecio en el 2006 y aunque eramos unas niñas siempre recordamos su pasion por la cocina. En su memoria decidimos nombrarlo AntoYitos Borincanos. Yito era su apodo. Nuestro logo simboliza nuestras raices y las grandes pasiones de nuestro padre.

AntoYitos Borincanos came to San Diego to serve up authentic Puerto Rican food. Founded by two sisters Jennifer and Nadeshka Roman. Born in Puerto Rico. Raised in Camuy and always watching our father do what he was so passionate about, cooking. He became a Chef and had many dreams and goals to achieve. Unfortunately she passed away in 2006 and even though we were little girls we always remember her passion for cooking. In his memory we decided to name him AntoYitos Borincanos. Yito was his nickname. Our logo symbolizes our roots and the great passions of our father.

From the famous TJ style street taco and the hole in the wall taco shops to the high end restaurants with all their fancy ingredients. My goal is to hit right down the middle. We use only locally sourced and supplied ingredients to bring you a freshly made gourmet taco!

Dang Brother Pizza is proud to bring authentic, mobile wood-fired pizza to all parts of San Diego with our custom, 1974 American La France yellow pizza firetruck. This unique truck and wood-buring oven combine into the ultimate catering and pizza machine! The oven is imported straight from Italy, and built right into the back of our firetruck. We offer a tasty Neapolitan style thin crust pizza that cooks in less than 2 minutes at 800+ degrees. The result is a thin bubbly crust that is slightly charred on the outside yet chewy on the inside. Our dough is made from scratch daily and allowed to proof for 1-2 days before it ends up in our ovens. Our pizzas are topped with fresh and organic produce from local farms when possible to create a made-to-order pie that is absolutely melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Our truck specializes in wood fired pizzas but offers full service catering options that include appetizers, salads, desserts, and hand crafted beverages poured right off of the custom tap on the pump panel of the truck.
