Paella Depot is a traveling culinary experience based out of Minneapolis, MN. All summer long you can catch our food trailer at Minnesota’s largest events cooking up our paella for the masses.
Many of our followers, including those who have had authentic paella from Spain, say ours is the best they’ve had. Our team takes pride in our craft which we have perfected over the last 15 years. Our paellas are freshly prepared on-site using traditional cooking techniques and the finest local and imported ingredients available. We bring interactive food experiences to your event anywhere in Minnesota and the surrounding area.
