We are a Triangle based mobile catering company that brings the fun to you or your office. We offer wood-fired pizza cooked on our Mugnani Valoriani® oven, fresh salads, seasonal appetizers and a variety of other top-notch entrees out of our custom International Harvester truck.​ To top it off, we have 4 beer taps on the truck!​​ Carolina Crust was founded by father and son, John and Mike Cline.  Mike and John wanted to build a business together that lives at the intersection of fun and work that they could do together and be surrounded by happy people.

Benvenuti’s Pizza Factory is a state-of-the-art mobile pizzeria based in Pittsburgh, PA, offering fresh dough pizzas, calzones, and strombolis baked to order. Our story began in 1963 when brothers Henry & Pete Benvenuti opened their new bakery plant in Bridgeville, PA, as Benvenuti’s Italian Bakery, Inc. The Benvenuti's Pizza Factory Food Truck is the latest step in the journey, specially designed to make great pizza with a quality and efficiency to rival any brick and mortar pizzeria. We put decades of expertise into designing a pizza with an airy, crisp crust and a delicious flavor.
