Our pizzas are made using Italy's finest ingredients, including the dough that is made from scratch the day before your event, hand crushed san marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, hand picked basil, and rich extra virgin olive oil. Along with a wide variety of toppings. Once prepared, the pizza is cooked in the premier Valoriani pizza oven fueled only by wood.
Brockenzo will provide a service that will make your next event, a memorable one. Imagine feeding your guests authentic neapolitan pizza, prepared and cooked right in front of them, while you relax. Our service includes one wood-fired pizza trailer, one pizzaiolo, 2 assistant pizzaioli, and your customized menu. Service will be for 2 hours, with the option to be extended for an additional hourly rate.
