Hey my name is Eric Jackson and I own and operate a local central Florida food truck called Stoked Poké! We specialize in fresh raw ahi tuna and salmon Poké bowls as well as a few other protein options and poke tacos! Our bowls come with a plethora of toppings and sauces and are delicious!!
