Carolina Avenue, a place called home, was where Great-Grandma Mattie served food filled with love. Carolina Avenue food truck follows in my great-grandmother's tradition of cooking and serving food filled with love, forever gluing our family together.

We do food concessions at fairs, festivals and truck events throughout New England.

FUSION is a mobile food truck serving the food my mother-in law has taught me to cook for my husband. but as most of us do, we have added our own twist to the recipes, making them only semi-authentic, but we think fantastic! We hope you enjoy!
