Island Vibez Grill started as a catering Company called Lakay Cuisines back in 2017. We started by offering custom desserts, then we began catering for all events. we offer unique dishes of Caribbean cuisines, that are sure to please anyone's taste buds.

We have not opened yet reopened, but are planning on sharing our passion for food seasoned with fire and smoke with you again soon! Wasabi Juan's, home of the south's Sushi Burritos. We wrap our burritos in a same seed soy wrap, we put our seasoned rice, then the protein, followed by veggies and sauces. We have a variaty of cooked or raw burritos to please your taste. We roll it up (about a size and a half bigger than a regural sushi roll) slice it in half like a burrito, so that you can eat it with your hands. It comes served with home made salsa and tortilla chips. We have gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options.

Taco Mel is a small family owned restaurant. Mel is originally from Mexico City and has been living in the area for over 20 years. His food is focused on quality and fresh ingredients. He’s looking to share his love of authentic flavors with the local community.
