We are a TN certified food truck, offering direct sales and casual catering for all types of events: home, business, church, school, etc. Our mobile Italian wood fired oven brings the sites, aroma, and tastes of Naples to your next gathering. Simple, fresh, & delicious: Whenever possible, we use only locally grown, organic produce. Farm to table is our passion. Even our hickory fire wood is locally sourced. Together, we will work with you to create a menu, and service style that creates excitement for your guests. Whether it is a buffet, or cooking menu selections to order, your guests will be thrilled with this exciting new catering option, and they will be talking about your event for days. Burning hickory hardwood creates oven temperatures up to 900 F, cooking a pizza or calzone in about 90 seconds. Seeing your food cooked in this "old world manner" next to an open flame, is very memorable.
