Chef Tom Lin, as seen on the Food Network 5 times, and winner of Cutthroat Kitchen, is expanding his food truck business SOUTH! After much continued success in the Detroit market (and national recognition as Asian Food Truck of the year in 2018 and 2019), SE Florida will now be the second home for the AWARD Winning Fortunecooking Food Truck! Bringing customer favorites like Sesame Chicken, Thai Basil Chicken, Ginger/Garlic Shrimp and Crab Rangoon, there will also be some mouth-watering NEW regional menu items like Pang Pang Shrimp, Chicken Fajita Egg Rolls, Asian Fish Tacos and Red Curry herbed Chicken! Daily specials will also be offered!
Available for festivals, events, private parties, catering, corporate events,fundraisers and MORE! Self contained food truck and is also prepared to do outdoor events with our own 10X10 tent and portable cooking equipment.
