The Daily City® Food Truck Bazaar - Orlando
3201 E Colonial Dr.
TheDailyCity.com Food Truck Bazaar is one of our signature events. In 2012 alone we did it 137 times!
What is it? Food trucks in a parking lot. What makes it different? Us. We only take the best trucks, we have a strong marketing and design arm, and we create lasting relationships with the people, cities and companies we work with.
The event just also happens to be the nation's first travelling food truck event. This means, it's a food truck event that picks up and goes from town to town. We were the first to do this, believe it or not! We did the first one on March 29, 2011, and since then, we typically visit 10-15 towns per month with this event. It's become an amazing opportunity to share food trucks with towns that don't have them, create a community event in these towns, and of course, introduce our brand to these towns.
It helps each town it visits, too, by bringing foot traffic to area shops and restaurants (yes restaurants!) and giving the locals in each town it visits one more reason to gather and commune. It also promotes both the mobile vending industry and the Orlando food truck scene. The event itself is family-friendly atmosphere and dog-friendly.
TheDailyCity.com has been a proponent of food trucks dating back to 2009 with our Taco Truck Taste Test food truck meetups. One truck at a time, we'd invite readers to try food truck food, explore new parts of the city and support small businesses.
All trucks subject to change without notice.
